Her endeavor is built upon her background in account management, sales roles, and her ties to community through coaching high school volleyball at Regis Catholic School in Eau Claire.
Hanna’s office is guided by the core values of accountability, empathy, and trustworthiness. Being there for her customers during some of their most challenging times is the promise Hanna keeps every day. She founded her agency during one of the most challenging periods for the insurance industry. The increasing frequency and severity of natural disasters has presented challenges to both homeowners and the insurance industry. Additionally, aging home roofs and their eligibility for coverage has created complexities in risk assessment in a changing climate. Hanna’s drive to serve others has never wavered. Knowing her work contributes to her clients’ financial security gives her a deep sense of satisfaction and purpose.

Hanna’s connection with Prevail Bank started with her shared ties to an area high school’s athletic department where she met Nick White, Commercial Lending Officer. After a well-timed visit with Nick and Brenda Trump, VP – Branch Manager Team Lead, Hanna decided to move all her accounts to Prevail Bank. Prevail was able to offer essential account types for the insurance industry which her previous bank was unable to provide.
