Community Meeting Room
Our Community Room is available for use by Prevail Bank employees, business customers, non-profits, non-commercial groups, and businesses that aren't customers free of charge. The main purpose of the room is to provide a clean, safe, and professional environment for organizations to host their meetings and small gatherings. Prior approval is required.
Community Meeting Room Guidelines:
- Room requests will be reviewed and accepted on a first come/first served basis.
- Prevail Bank does reserve the right to refuse any Applicant the use of the Room(s).
- Without prior approval from Prevail Bank, the Room may not be used for commercial purposes or for any type of public sale, purchasing, or trading of products or services.
- No tacks, nails, tape or staples may be affixed to the walls, furniture, or other surfaces.

Dimensions: 20'x38'
Description: This room features an open concept space with two openings. The room contains 8-30"x60" tables with 16 chairs. Tables can move, and additional chairs (up to 20) can be requested.
Technology: Plug 'n Play audio-visual equipment is provided free of charge. Applicants must provide their own computer/video device to use the Plug 'n Play equipment, and equipment testing may be conducted 1-2 days before the reservation during regular business hours.
Counter Space: A 7'5" long food counter with two double-gang outlets is available. The outlets can accommodate four crock pots or roasters. At the end of the counter is a 17.5"x13.75" stainless steel sink. The mini refrigerator won't be available for use.
Facilities: Located on the main floor with two accessible public restrooms and drinking fountains.
