(Spring 2021) At Prevail Bank, our goal is to help our customers, communities and employees pursue what’s possible. Being a community bank means that we are always looking for ways to enhance the quality of life in our surrounding communities. We believe that through the power of donation, we can continuously play a part in the success of local organizations, and in the community as a whole. Check out the organizations that are taking advantage of our Charitable Contributions Program below!

Junior Achievement of Portage and Wood Counties

A donation of $1,500 was made to the Junior Achievement program of Portage and Wood Counties through our Charitable Contributions program. This donation will assist in providing learning kits in local Portage and Wood county elementary schools, assisting in teaching local youth the importance of financial management.

Junior Achievement of Northcentral Wisconsin

Prevail Bank also donated $1,500 to the Junior Achievement program of Northcentral Wisconsin. This donation of Charitable Contributions will help to provide learning kits to local Wausau area elementary school students. We’re excited to help local youth learn the importance of financial education early on.

Medford Area Little League Organization

We are pleased to have donated $500 to the Medford Area Little League Organization through our Charitable Contributions program. As this organization is looking to improve the local Little League fields, our donation will help towards new batting cages and a scoreboard. These improvements will be an asset to our city, local businesses, and the Little League Organization.

Prentice Volunteer Fire Department

The Prentice Volunteer Fire Department is requiring new rescue equipment to better serve our communities in times of crisis and emergency. Through our Charitable Contributions program, we were able to assist the PVFD with a donation of $1,000 to their cause. Our communities are safer thanks to the Prentice Volunteer Fire men and women.

The Red Apple Center

A donation of $3,000 was recently presented to the Red Apple Center of Phillips. This donation will be used to help update the facility’s entryway. Prevail Bank works to ensure that organizations like the Red Apple Center can continue to serve local adults with disabilities.

Friendship Village, Inc.

We are excited to have donated $1,325 to Friendship Village, Inc. of Phillips, through our Charitable Contributions program. This donation is being used to provide essential items for the organization, as they work to assist local adults and children with their daycare services.

Highground Veterans Memorial Park

Prevail Bank recently provided a donation of $500 to help support the Highground Veterans Memorial Park located in Neillsville. The Highground Veterans Memorial Park is working to fund and construct a new park visitor’s center to help greet and appreciate local and visiting veterans.

Medford Area Middle School

Through our Charitable Contribution program, we were able to donate $500 to help the Medford Area Middle School invest in new playground equipment. We believe that through this update, the Medford Area Middle School can help encourage local youth to be active and involved with fellow youth.

The Community Table

The Community Table exists to supply meals to those in need in our Eau Claire community. Prevail Bank is supporting this organization by donating $8,520 through our Charitable Contribution program. This funding will assist in the purchase of new appliances to support their cause, helping to provide more meals to more local community members.

Clark County Mounted Search and Rescue

A donation of $1,000 was recently provided to the Clark County Mounted Search and Rescue team as part of our Charitable Contribution program. This donation will help the local Search and Rescue team purchase new GPS systems, assisting the team in finding lost and missing persons in our community.

Central Wisconsin Children’s Museum

We are excited to have donated $3,250 to the Central Wisconsin Children’s Museum. This donation of Charitable Contributions will help the organization develop a new Lego Lab at their facility. This lab will help local youth understand and appreciate engineering and design processes, encouraging STEM-based futures in our communities.

Hannah Center, Inc.

The Hannah Center, Inc. is working to open a new facility in the Wisconsin Rapids community. The Hannah Center helps local women and children in crisis navigate next steps and healthy futures as they get back on their feet. Prevail Bank is proud to have donated $10,000 to assist in paying for operating and facility costs.

HART Equine Therapy Center

Prevail Bank has recently donated $1,200 to the HART Equine Therapy Center in Stevens Point as part of our Charitable Contribution program. This donation will help provide food, shelter and healthcare to the organization’s therapy horses. The HART Equine Therapy Center provides therapeutic assistance to local children and adults with special needs.

Hmong American Leadership and Economic Development

We are excited to have donated $5,000 to the Hmong American Leadership and Economic Development organization located in our Eau Claire community. This donation will assist in funding different Financial Literacy Seminars in 2021, offering information, interaction and workshops for local entrepreneurs, helping to stimulate our local communities and businesses.
