Free Community Shred Days Scheduled
At Nine Prevail Bank Branches
(2024) Prevail Bank encourages all community members to bring their confidential papers to Prevail Bank (on the designated date and time listed below) for shredding purposes - Free of charge.
From an identity theft perspective, shredding confidential information is strongly recommended. According to the National Council on Identity Theft Protection, the number of identity theft scenarios in the US is nearly 3 times higher than that of other countries!
ID TheftSmart. This product offers two options: You can either receive full service identity restoration services from licensed, professional investigators if/when you are a victim of identity theft. Or you can choose full-service identity restoration services plus ongoing credit monitoring. The credit monitoring alerts allow you to act and prevent fraud loss.
As an added community benefit, Prevail Bank intends to donate $1 for every pound of paper shredded, at each of its locations, up to a $1,000 each to a local nonprofit.
So, you’re not just helping yourself and Mother Earth by participating, but also your community and those less fortunate. Choose the branch or date that’s most convenient for you. Safeguard your personal information by participating in Prevail Bank’s Free Community Shred Day events.
